Clutch cylinders

Where is the clutch slave cylinder located on an 1995 BMW 325si located?

According to All Data the clutch slave cylinder is bolted to the transmission thats all they say. Usually the slave cylinder is mounted under and on one side or the other of the transmission bellhousing.
If you can follow the hydraulic line from the clutch master cylinder resevoir mounted on the firewall it will lead you down to the slave cylinder.
