Confidentiality/Non Disclosure two companies
I signed a confidentiality agreement with company "D" and left their employment 2 years ago.
I went to company "G" and did not sign a confidentiality agreement.
Company "A" owns both companies (owns 100% of the shares).
The confidentiality agreement I signed with company "D" had their name on the signature page.
I left company "G" and company "A" is trying to hold me to the confidentiality agreement signed at Company "D".
At both automotive dealerships I had to sign new employment applications, take new drug tests and had different employee numbers. Both company "D" and comany "G" are separate Florida corporations.
Am I bound by a confidentiality agreement from one corporation to a different corporation in the state of Florida?
