Customs question on acquring a title for automobile
I bought a mercedes smart car from a friend here in texas he got it in colorado it has bill of sale from the selling dealer in mexico i am trying to get a texas title it has been checked by our task force here and also by d.m.v here in texas and got a clean bill of health but the import sticker is not in the door if i can get that i can get the title no problem i have bill of sale from all partys is there any way you can help or put me on the right track i have been a licensed texas dealer for almost 30 years and if you can give me any help i would kindly appreciate it thanks
