Dealer sold used car as new, do I have legal rights?

I bought a truck a year ago from a dealership that had 150 miles but was sold as new. I noticed a few strange things about it (some holes in the wheel well that didn't look like from the manufacture, the onstar phone number they assigned me was for 300 miles away, etc.). I just recently did a carfax on my truck and found out it was previously owned. Do I have any legal rights/claims with the dealership who clearly sold this truck as brand new?

You bought a used truck , and should have all kinds of recoruse , they cannot sale a truck as new if its been sold before , id take this to court or get 10,000 off the price, because thats what it declines in price when you buy it , and drive it off the lot , this would make me real mad , because when i buy new i want it ot be new not used

I agree! Heck, if the judge is tough enough on the dealer to teach a strict lesson, I'd hope they'd make them just outright give you the car! As far as I'm concerned, the tactic the dealer tried to pull is not only false advertising, it's theft!
