Deficiency repayment after car repossession

I live in MO and want to know how a deficiency balance is handled after repossession of a car. I expect the deficiency will be around $10,000.00. Can the finance company garnish my wages if i make payments toward the deficiency?

They can and will do a lot of things . and 1st they will start calling you. and trying to get there money that way. and they will send letters. in the mail. if you start paying them they shouldnt do any thing else. but they can garnish, if they so choose, so pay them a little along!
