Do I have to give my car back?

My father gave me his car when he could no longer drive because I made his meals for 4 years. Everything was transferred legally. My brother is now making application for medicaid since my father is now in a nursing home. He has about $90.000.00 dollars and will just started spending his assets since his 100 days are finished. My brother said I have to return the car since it will jeapordize my father's application.
