DO we have a lemon

In Sept. 0f 2006 we bought anew buick lacrosse 356 miles on it it has been in the shop for the same thing 3 times the flywheel has been replaced twice and the shield cover 3 times and the torque converter once., do we have a lemon on our hands?

Ok i dont know the state you are from. i need to know that . not every state has a lemon law . and they are diff. the process here in ky is that GM and the dealership has to get togather and see what has been done . and make the call on this. it may be a lot diff in your state. let us know.
