The Relays are under the hood against the fender wall often hidden by the battery. There are 4 or 5 usually in that area or mounted nearby on the driver's side shock mount. When I thought I had an ASD relay problem with no voltage at coil and no sound from fuel pump it turned out to be missing teeth on an otherwise good looking timing belt. I had trouble code 11 and code 12 flash on my check engine light. Could be a fuel pump relay the closest one to front of hood, furthest away from the driver near battery. Could be a bad hall effect sensor or pickup under distributor cap as well. This model did not have an inertia switch to my knowledge.
I have already found the relay a long time ago...Rick...here is to you and your condescending answer, i am not an idiot and i do know what a relay is!..and for your info this particular relay is located close to the gas tank it self near the rear fender of the car....maybe Rick, you should not talk down to people when you clearly don't have a clue!
Thank you Domybest for your answer however neither answer was correct so i am not able to pick these answers.
