Does the transmissons have a blow valves in them

When the tractor cranks up and sometimes oil will come from the weep hole under the tractor under the transmissons. is it common that will happen if pressure build up.

It has a weep hole there for some reason could very well be that , call the tractor dealer and ask them in the service department
I dont know what make tractor we are talking about

This weep hole on the flywheel cover? Is it engine oil?

Add a little. Engine oil the rear main. If the hole under the tramission body. Most have a cotter bent over, it a drain. Move it around to let water and a little oil out. A lot of oil all the time, you better go with Rick_
