Double sales tax

I purchased a car in IN and they charged me sales tax. I went to the tag office in MS and they are going to charge me again. Is this legal? I paid $1100 to IN and now MS wants $1300 HELP!

The car dealer in IN shouldn't have charged you sales tax, I would talk with them and ask them why they charged sales tax. The state you live in, MS, should be getting the sales tax for your car.
