Yes , all job sites have to have a soruce of potable, water according to osha, and a bathroom , or give breaks to go find a bathroom , with some one standing in your place
My employer use to provide purified bottled water (Sparklets, Arrowhead) through a water cooler, but has discontinued it. I heard it was a law that they provide water. Is a faucet in the restroom or a lunchroom considered 'potable water"?
