Since you have dual climate control, that means you have two heater bypass control valves, one for passenger side and one for driver side. if mechanical incline one can do it self, not easy. It behind the dash near the radio position. The valves is not expensive, under 20 dollars, fix it yourself will be the task. the labor what will get you. the valve function is allowing your hot water to flow through evaporator core just as cold air flow through it just like your valve on your water faucett at home. The switch is prob. broken and need to be replace or the control valve could be sticking and not moving the valve. heat bond rubber to metal.
