Engine swap

Have 90 f150 302 w/blown f/i engine. Has AOD trans and 4x4.

have 90 f150 302 f/i eng in wrecked truck, 5 spd trans and 4x4.

If I swap, do I have to change computers? or will the 90 with the AOD stay the same?

Yes the eec 3 will not give you any trouble, but the cam for a aod tranny is cut a little different you have have a little hessitation on steep hill if your towing.
