Engine will not start

I have a 3126 E Cat Engine in my 2003 Motor Home. I went to start it after 60 days in storage. Engine cranks over good, but will not start. Good F/O pressure, checked over the wiring but just won't fire. Whats up all fuses seem to be good.

Take the fuel filters off, and check for water, or see if they have fuel in them , dump the fuel out of them , and fill up with new fuel and try to start it, use ether to restart

If you are facing the front of the engine and look the the right side near the tip there is a Governor housing ther is a round selonoid at the bottom back. there are 2 wire terminals on it one is power one is gound. use a test lite and see if you have power with key on if not using a multi meeter identify the ground put power to the hot terminal and then crank if it runs you probably have a bad relay. Its common unfortunately the fleet I work on has these engines.
