ex-husbands truck

His truck is in someone elses name that worked for him because my ex has a DUI and this guy won't give him the title to the truck so he can change it over to his brothers name because this guy no longer works for him. what does he have to do and where does he have to go to try and get the title back from this guy. The truck is sitting in our garage but we're afraid he's going to try and take it when he moves from his in-laws house.If he does we won't be able to find him. my ex has all the paperwork that he bought the truck and payed for the tags for it. please help me out.

Get a court order , or send in for a lost title , at your clerks office, tell them you cant get it , and it may be lost!

Went to court on the 9th of this month and won the title plus he has to pay court costs.thank you for your answer.

You are going to have to get him to sign a power of attorney, or the title. If he cant/wont you'll have to go through court.
