Something less than life without parole, did they charge with that , depends on what mood the judge is in the day you go to court and prior offenses
( pray his wife was good to him the night before )

If you use someone elses name they can charge you with theft of Identily .If you refuse to give your correct information the judge will usually hold you in jail till they find out your correct information
