False police accident report

I was involved in a car accident back in nov. 07. as fate would have it my insurance had expired a few days prior. I have so many things to do to keep up, I some times neglect important things. Only to suffer dearly for. never the less, this lady not only gave false information, but she petetioned the state of alabama to make me either pay her 1,500 or my license will be suspened. I received a letter to this effect this past friday. please help me if you can. mind you I've never been in accident in my 55 years of living. also, I live in a town where it's who you know, and if you have money, that's icing on the cake. as for me I'm quilty of having not either. thank you

That's too bad, I hope it works out for you. You've probably been paying insurance for 30 years and the day you need it you don't have it. So unfair.

On your letter you received there should be a phone number and a case/reference #. Call the number and see what you need to do to appeal that decision. The fact that she gave you false information is a crime as well. Shame on her.
