Fuel and spark problem with a 91 eagle talon non-turbo

I have a 91 talon non-turbo, had it running 2 days ago , ran it out of gas trying to use up old fuel, now i have no spark or fuel to the engine, everything else works fine it cranks over fine, changed all relays and fuses under the hood

Why did you do that. Thats not smart. It has an electronic ignition and shouldn't run dry. you might need to re-do everything

I now have fuel just no spark, changed the coil and still nothing, any ideas?
