Getting a car out of impound

My sons in jail and the car is in his name and im his mother and want to get it out what do i do?

You not going to be able to untill he gets out of jail , you have to prove onwen ship to get the car out of the pound , and they might be holding it for some reason , depending on your sons charges, it could be confiscated
