Got a ticket in delaware for careless driving and leaving the scene of property damage accident can i be charged on private property?
Was on private property and backed in vehicle. did leave the scene and left no note to take care of the damage. property owner came home and saw the damage and called police. thought that it was me and police came to visit saw broken lens on my vehicle and wrote me up for two charges. can i be charged? if not how do i fight it to drop charges?
