It sounds that you want to change the blower motor for heat and a/c ? it should be visible at the pasanger feet area ,just above the floor .you should not have to take the dash out! dut i would check the reaostat [allows the air motor to have different speeds] they usually burn out first , this is usualy true if you only have high speed , but not allways. anyways it's cheaper and easyer to get to?

I have a 2004 chevy impala with dual climate control. The driver side heat does not work the a/c blows instead of the heat. The passenger side works just fine. What could be the problem.
