Also check the vacuum llnes under the hood by the firewall. Many times I find these off. See if you can if you haven't done so already get under the dash and work the heater controls and see if the door actuators are moving fully. If it worked before you had heater fixed you may have a stuck door.

Heater stopped working in the front of my chev van. Blower still works in the back but nothing up front. No heat or defrost. It doesn't blow any air at all.
