Is there any way to recycle my own used oil and turn it into gasoline?

Used oil is a by product of crude oil . and this is not used in the manf. of gasoline!

No you cannot effectivly convert used oil to gasoline.
But to run in a diesal all it needs is filtered. although to meet enviromental guidlines for on road use mixed 80/20 with regular diesal fuel.
They sell the filter units for this but they are expensive and take alot of used oil to recoup the cost.
