How di I open the hood when the cable is broken on a Chevy Blazer?

How to I open the hood of a Chevy Blazer if the cable is broken?

If its broke inside the truck or car . take a pair of Pliers and pull the cable to release. if its under the hood . you will have to take this to the dealership . or you will end up with a lot of damage to the hood . trying this yourself.
