How do I getr a new disabled parking permit?

My handicapped parking permit expires July 2008. I'm permanently disabled. What do I have to do to obtain a current permit?

Go to your circuit court clerks office to obtain a new permit , and you will have to have a doctors statement to this affect, that you are disabled
