How do I handle a double whammy?
Hello,
This past summer I got a ticket for "Impeding the progress of an emergency vehicle". I plead "not guilty" and am awaiting my court date(which is in 2 days as I write this).About a week and a half ago , I got another ticket, this one for rolling through a stop sign- the officer was camped out to my left and I didn't see him. My concern is, if I fight both of these will I lose my right to traffic school if I lose? Also are there any tricks I should Know about fighting these?
