How do I obtain a court order to have a judge award me ownership of a vehicle in my possession, in order for me to get a surety bond for a title?

I lost the title to this vehicle before I could get it registered in my name. I could not find the previous owner, so I have to apply for a surety bond in order for the office in Nashville to send me a new title. They told me in Nashville I needed to have a judge award me ownership of the vehicle then they could give me a title.
