Go to a lawyer and have them draw up a smll car contract for you. and put in it. that they have to maintain. the payments. and insur. on time. just like the contact you signed when you bought it.

Don't do it you will always be responsible for the vehicle and the payments and the insurance it is not a smart move if they decide they don't want to pay the payments are back on you and if they take it out of state and don't pay or just say catch me if you can ===if he cant get it in his own name there is a reason for it====don't be a patsy this is not a good idea I KNOW IT HAS COST ME DEARLY
