How do we rescind the purchase of a vehicle

We agreed to purchase a new vehicle, signed the purchase contact but no money exchanged hands. We are to pick up the vehicle today and planned to pay cash, so there was no financing involved. We are having second thoughts about whether we should buy this vehicle. Is there a 72-hour clause to cancel a consumer transaction?

No there is not a 72 hour clause, or what you say buyers remorse, on a car purchase, but you might talk to the dealership and just tell them you have changed your mind and you might buy a little later, and they might support you this way , now if they want to play hardball they can take the contract to court , but since the money hasn't changed hands they might not do this, because it will cost them business in the future and court costs also, so try the soft way out and then play hard if you have to! cost you less for breaking a contract then paying for a car, and just tell them at the last resort you just can not afford the car!
