I think the new honda accords are at 160 without performance parts. you can check with dealers and see if the new speedometers go up that high.

The 2008 Honda Accord V6 has a governed top speed of 126 M.P.H. Although it could go faster, at 126 the car is at 5000 RPMs(it redlines at 7000).
