How strong is estimate and acceptance of work to be done for restoration. Had my car 16 months and took 32000

I had contracted work to be done for 34000. It was a full truck restoration They had my truck 16 months got my truck back with 4to 5000 worth of work done estimated and he is keeping my money. I have no choice but to hire someone who can help

You can beat this in court if you have records and can explain with a pro how this is to be done. man that thing should be ready for the car aution . and should be new. no more work to be done. it should have all the toys bells and such.a good judge will see thur this in a min. make him prove he done this amount of work. you could have bought 3 new cars for this amount. and he isnt done. man thats a kicker
