Ok you clean with Clorox, then take simple mens cologne, and sprinkle over the spot. will make it smell really good.

You need to find the source of wet area if passenger side front air con.drain clogged or heater core leaking then pick up some mildew treatment from a rug doctor display at the grocery store where they rent carpet cleaners they should have a rug deodorant if you have a wet /dry shop vac suck up as much moisture as you can and dry thoroughly ===if you don't have a wet/dry vac go to one of these car care places and use their coin operated vacs for a cheap air freshener put a pack of juicy fruit gum on dash and when the sun hits it your car is going to smell good
