How to remove heater core on 1995 Pontiac Grand Am

How do I remove the heater core from my 1995 Pontiac grand Am. what do I have to remover under the care to get to the tube connections that attach to the core. what has to come out of the inside of the car to remove it?

Heater only works on defrost

Replaced heater core on my 98 dodge dakota. Now it only blows heat thru the defrost vents. The heater controlll worked before i replaced the heater core. All lines are hooked up to thr actuators. Please help.
