How to remove the head rest.

I NEED TO REMOVE THE HEAD REST ON THE DRIVER SEAT IN ORDER TO PUT A NEW COVER. I do not know how to remove the head rest. thank you

I need more info : what make / year / model, of car is it / do the head rest slide up and down / do they have a release button you use to adjust them , all the info you can supply will help answer the Question .
