You are entitled, to half of the money , and he gets half, so if you trust him , let him sale them , and you be right there, getting the half he owes you, dont sign off till he gives you a paper signed , and a notary sealed paper with witnesess, and him telling them , he will give you the money , dont take a chance , get your money, and have him sign every thing so if he does you wrong, you have him ,

I am going to file for divorce from my husband, he is not living with me now and wants me to sign off on the titles to the vehicles. what shoud i do?
The vehicles are in both of our names,we are still legally married, but he wants to sell them. if he sells them, will he be entitled to give me half of what he sells them for?
