I bought a used car from a dealer and was told it needed an oxygen sensor, but that wasn't the problem. He aid to bring the car to him and he would

Fix it. He has had the car since 2/18 and still not fixed it. He want answer the phone or return my calls. What can I do to get him to fix it asap or get the car or my money back. I desperately need this car fixed or the money back to get another one. Is there anything I can do?

The only thing you can do is go get your car if you have the title to it and take it somewhere else to get it fixed , i asume you you bought the car as is no warrenty . it dont sound like he is going to do anything to help you , just go get your car and take it somewhere else to be fixed and be done with it
