I have a 1990 mecury topaz gls... I've changed the spark plugs, wires, fuel filter,rotor and cap .....full tank of gas with fuel injection cleaner ...

Changed the thermostat.... once I start the car it idles so so.. but once I put it in gear it stalls..... no power whatsoever going up hill ...... I'm stumped ... can you help me?

Try changing your O2 sensers this will throw off the fuel to air mixture ,and make it run like crap.
