I have a 2003 Dodge Durango SXT and it has never been lubed. How can I unseal the traditional lube points?

Iam going to tell you what a friend done , but i dont asvise , it, but on the drive line, and all the places where the almits for the grease fittings go , they have filled it with life time grease, but my buddy drilled with a drill bit the same size as almits, and thses out , and threaded almits fittings into thses holes and greased them , so there s how you do it,
