I have a F-350 diesel will start two times

I have cleaned fuel bowl all lines, fuel pump pres is 10 psi, replased glow plugs, solonoid, cam sensor. Will start two times runs good, when it starts. Noticed fuel lines under from one has a crimp looks to be made that way. NEED HELP?

Have you checked the fuel lines , about sucking togater from the inside, some times a fuel line will suck togather inside looking ok from the outside , when they have a soft wall , and the fuel pump could be stopped up check that, any kind of grit could be flowing against the pump and then letting lose , and then again getting stuck in the fuel port
