I have a grinding noise when turning and sometimes not turning-auto trans fluid is fine

I have a grinding noise in my van when turning or sometimes when not turning you can even feel it through the steering wheel. the auto trans fluid is fine.

Thats in the steering , thats the axle bearing going bad, vans have problems with this , they are like a u joint , that lets the van turn , and takes the shock , they are called the transaxle bearings,
