Its according to what the pressure is, and how worn the #2 cylinder is, some times they last the life of the car, with one being lower pressure , and some times not , is it blowing smoke, or loading the cylinder, with fuel , i would just drive it till it goes down , some times they load up on fuel in the cylinder, and it will blow when you start

A new engine would cost more than the car would be worth sense they did not give specific readings it would be a guess at best the low readings could be worn rings or a leakey valve ==if the car will pass an inspection and doesnt smoke and burn oil run the daylights out of it ===keep a eye on oil consumption ==dont use oil additives until it becomes nessacary the car will let you know == in short dont sweat it ===if you just bought it what i would do is a service chang oil filters transmission oil and filter chassi lub and new antifreez it gives your new baby a good start and covers all those things that get neglected
