I just purchased a used 2000 ford focus se and when i turn the wheel to the left all the way in a circle it kinda makes a popping sound or low grindin

In a deep turn like this , its the axles on the front , that have a joint , thats like , the cv joint , and when you deep turn it puts stress , on the joint this is the narture , for a pop or grind , if its worn some, it wouldnt hurt to have the cv joints to be checked , thses are 8 years old , and might need to be changed, or they might just be worn a lot
