Why don't you ask the person or place where you purchased the vehicle?Don't you have documents of purchasing the vehicle...it should states wheither your vehicle is under warranty or not.Note:normally when a vehicle is under warranty,every part of the vehicle is covered...unless the warranty states other wise...covering only cerntains parts.Good Luck
