I want the cost (parts and labor) to replace the drivers front door window motor.

I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am SE/ The window keeps sticking when I try to close it. I have to drive and push to window control. It goes up a little at a time. Sometimes it takes longer. Heaven forbid I should open the window all the way.

You can call a few local auto glass installers for estimate but I'd say you are looking at @ $275.00 or so for parts and labor.

So this would be handled by a glass shop, not a mechanic? Does the window itself have to be replaced? Thanks for your previous response.

No the glass would not have to be replaced and yes there are shops other than glass installers that can do this.
