I would like to know if you have any trouble with the 2001 p.t. cruisers engine noise
We have this 2001 p.t. when you start it first thing in the morning you get this engine rattle. sounds like pistons. it is especially bad in the winter time. when the engine warms up some of it goesw away. it is getting noiser all the time. i have been to our dealers and they say they have never had an engine apart so they don't know what it is. we don't know if it is something we should be concerned about. it has 89000 miles which all most all of them are highway miles. i worked at a chrysler dealership all my working years but retired before these came out so i am at a loss.
