If an automotive shop doesn't put oil in for my oil change and seizes my engine what rights do I have.

Shop seized my engine. I had 98,000 miles on it and they would like to put a used engine back in with a 90 day warranty. I took very good car of my engine and am uncertain about getting a used one from them. What can I ask of them?

Since this wasnt your doing , and they had the respondablity, then they should give you a year or 2 warrenty, because if you settle for this used engine, it could let go in 4 or 5 months, and this would not be right to you, since you took good care of your engine, that was blown, this was some thing that will have to have papers signed , and repected, so if they are willing to do this, then id let them swap, out the engine, from their stock, but if not, id want a crate engine , which is new, and has a 3 year warrenty, that would be what id would except for this, hope this helps
