If another party is at fault and my car is totaled, how do I determine a fair value for my car?

If another party is at fault and my car is totaled, how do I determine a fair market value for my car? And can I expect damages for scars on my skin that were caused by the accident?

Fair market value for your car , and you need doctor / hospital bills for personal injury claims and lose work and pain and suffering, the larger the bills the more you get for pain and suffering
