Incorrect Price Charge.
If a motor vehicle collision company charged the incorrect price for a service that was provided do I have to return and pay the correct amount?
My vehicle was repaired and I was charged the incorrect price for the repairs. Now the company wants me to pay the correct price for the repairs.

My vehicle was reprossed & I paid the necessary fees & the vehicle was released back to me. However, I live in Maryland, & the recovery company told me by law they have to make a duplicate key for the vehicle....
