Is a stop delivery agreement legal in Georgia
I thought I had purchased a car signed papers with the terms of the contract, and I signed a stop delivery agreement, had the car for 2 weeks when the dealer called and ask me to return the car. The dealer did not explain the Stop Delivery agreement during the contract signing. The dealer explained all the other papers but did not explain that one.
