Talk to them and explain you situation and offer to pay something , a lot of finance companies wil let you pay the interest on the payments and set them up , at any rate i would not avoid talking to them and tring to work something out with them , most finance companies are interested
in the money and interest more so than having the car back and having to resale it , if they do repo it and resale it for less than you owe on it you are liable for the difference, so try to get them some money as soon as possible and show them you are tring

Is there a right to cure law in ohio on vehicle repossession
I have every intent on paying past due on vehicle but advised spouse deceased less than one month ago and i am not returing to work until Mar 17 can make payment the following friday. they advised me vehicle may be repossessed at any time. I do not need the added stress. Is there anything at all I can do to stop this
